Maintenance Technician

This role will mainly be focused on fluid checks and basic maintenance. Typically, a Quick Lube Service Technician will change a vehicle's oil, check the transmission fluid and other fluid levels, inspect various belts and filters, and check air levels and gauges.

Quick Lube Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform oil changes and fluid services
• Inspect and replace filters, wiper blades, and belts as needed
• Rotate and inspect tires, check and adjust air pressure
• Perform multi-point inspections to identify maintenance needs
• Keep service area clean, safe, and organized
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining basic maintenance findings

Quick Lube Service Technician Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Previous dealership experience a plus
• Ford Certification and/or ASE certifications a plus
