Responsibilities
- Inspect and assess auto glass damage
- Recommend and perform proper repairs or replacements
- Deliver high-quality work on time and with attention to detail
- Ensure repaired or replaced glass meets safety standards and regulations
- Communicate with customers regarding repair or replacement options and costs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in auto glass repair or related field
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
- Physical requirements: lifting and carrying up to 50lbs.
