Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues using schematics and technical manuals.
- Perform repairs on a variety of appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair processes and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used during repairs.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience as a service technician or in a field service role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical documents.
- Experience in appliance repair is essential; familiarity with refrigerate systems is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients.
