We are seeking a motivated and energetic Appliance Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks and commercial vehicles to deliver and install appliances across designated routes.
- Load and unload appliances using a dolly and then carry it into a customers home
- Assist customers with appliance placement and setup inside their homes, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
- Follow route schedules diligently, adjusting as needed to meet delivery deadlines while maintaining safety standards.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude when interacting with customers and team members.
Experience
- Prior delivery driver experience, particularly with appliances or heavy goods, is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with route driving and load & unload procedures in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and moving appliances safely.
