CAREGIVER / CNA / HHA - Consistent Hours

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate caregiver to provide one-on-one support for a 90-year-old client in a home setting. The schedule for this role is Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM. This position focuses on companionship, supervision, fall prevention, and assistance with daily routines. The ideal caregiver is patient, attentive, and comfortable supporting a client who is a fall risk and requires standby assistance with mobility. 

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Provide companionship and engage the client in conversation and daily activities.
• Assist with transportation and escort to appointments as needed.
• Prepare meals or assist with meal setup and clean-up.
• Provide supervision and encouragement to ensure safety during daily tasks.
• Assist with ambulation using a walker and provide standby support to prevent falls.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning kitchen and bathroom surfaces, washing dishes, and taking out trash.
• Assist with making the bed and maintaining an organized home environment.
• Support laundry tasks as needed.
• Observe and report any changes in condition or safety concerns.

Requirements

Caregiving experience preferred (CNA/HHA a plus)
