What are the responsibilities and job description for the CAREGIVER/CNA/HHA - Consistent Hours position at Platinum Care Group?
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a 94-year-old client in a home setting. The schedule for this role is Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. This position focuses on supporting daily routines, promoting comfort and dignity, and providing meaningful companionship throughout the shift. The ideal caregiver is patient, attentive, and experienced supporting clients with mobility limitations and personal care needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide companionship focused on meaningful conversation and emotional support.
- Encourage socialization and engagement activities to reduce isolation.
- Monitor comfort and report changes in condition or concerns to the care team.
- Provide oversight of daily routines to ensure safety, dignity, and emotional well-being.

Requirements
Caregiving experience preferred (CNA/HHA a plus)
