As Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of community operations—from leasing performance and resident satisfaction to team leadership and asset preservation. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Ensuring the smooth running of our community in a fast-paced environment. Overseeing all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, audits, etc.
- Providing superior customer service and communication to our residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and increase renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability. Complete paperwork and tasks to company standards.
- Track and evaluate advertising, and all client traffic.
- Developing, mentoring, leading, and managing a high-performing, cohesive team, including leasing, customer service, maintenance, and management personnel, in order to maximize their engagement and grow in our industry.
- Driving revenues with your thorough understanding and analysis of competition and development
- of creative marketing programs.
- Leading by example. Instilling, maintaining, and modeling the Platform Management core values.
- Supervise day-to-day operations of entire on-site team, ensuring that all policies and procedures are being followed.
- Maintain effective on-site staff through interviewing, hiring, and coaching team as necessary.
- Maintain residents' files in accordance with company's standards.
- Maintain a positive living environment for community residents through prompt conflict resolution and consistent follow-up with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Manage and maintain all aspects of overall community budget and finances.
- Work with staff to ensure that goals are focused on and being met.
- Maintain availability to address property needs and emergencies as they arise, including being on-call outside of standard business hours (24/7 as required), and commit to regular Saturday availability to support leasing traffic, operations, and team oversight.
COMPETENCIES:
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation skills
- Onesite experience a plus
- General office, bookkeeping and sales skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
- Supervise day-to-day operations of team, ensuring that all policies and procedures are being followed.
- Team building and team mindset
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned
IMPORTANT EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
IMPORTANT EXPERIENCE
- 3 years of Property Management experience

Salary : $24 - $25
