POSITION SUMMARY
The Assistant Property Manager supports the day-to-day operations of the property management portfolio by assisting with tenant relations, rent collection, lease enforcement, and administrative tasks. This role is responsible for ensuring timely communication with residents, maintaining accurate records, and helping uphold lease compliance across all properties.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Tenant communication: primary point of contact
- Rent collection & delinquency management: accept and enter payments into property management software
- Lease administration & compliance: track and assist with lease renewals, lease compliance, proper documentation, and lease enforcement
- Manage marketing across multiple platforms to ensure accuracy and maximum impact
- Assigned/delegated administrative tasks
- Operational support to Property Manager: assist with daily operations, monitor vacancies, etc
QUALIFICATIONS
- Property management experience is preferred
- Basic computer & property management software experience
- Highly organized & detail oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Strong understanding of basic leasing processes, rent collection, and tenant communication
- Ability to handle conflict resolution and enforce lease terms professionally
- High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Pay: $15.00 per hour
