Senior Project Manager

Plat4mation Americas is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex ServiceNow delivery engagements and drive successful, measurable outcomes for clients.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of large-scale or multiple concurrent projects, ensuring strong governance, effective stakeholder alignment, and high-quality execution. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing multi-workstream delivery and driving transparency through structured reporting and risk management.

Success in this role requires strong leadership, delivery expertise, and the ability to guide teams and clients through complex transformations while continuously improving delivery practices.

What You Will Do

Accountable for end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring success across scope, timeline, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Leads large-scale or multiple concurrent projects, driving structured execution, governance, and alignment to client business outcomes.

· Program & Project Delivery

• Deliver full lifecycle of large or multiple projects
• Manage multi-workstream and cross-functional delivery
• Ensure delivery meets scope, timeline, and quality targets

· Governance & RAID Management

• Own RAID log and governance structure
• Drive proactive risk identification and mitigation
• Lead escalation and decision forums (Steering Committees)

· Planning & Reporting

• Maintain project plans, milestones, and roadmaps
• Provide executive-level reporting
• Use data to drive delivery decisions

· Stakeholder & Client Leadership

• Act as a trusted advisor
• Manage senior stakeholders & priorities
• Support engagement growth opportunities

· Delivery, Change & Technology

• Apply Agile, Scrum or hybrid methodologies
• Support business readiness and adoption
• Maintain strong understanding of ServiceNow capabilities.

What We Ask

· 5–10 years project management experience

· Experience managing large-scale IT / Service projects, both strategic and tactical

· Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, its modules, and capabilities

· Experience with ServiceNow implementations, especially ITSM, ITBM, HR, Finance, and CSM modules

· Scrum Master, PMI, or PMP certificates are a plus
