- Look up parts in the computer system
- Provide prices and check part availability
- Communicate with other employees
- Prepare invoices and process customer payments
- Maintain records
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Automotive parts knowledge
- Previous parts sales
- Basic computer and telephone skills
- Strong communication
- Strong attendance and positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
