Plastic Printers, celebrating 30 years in business, is seeking an experienced Shipping Technician to join our high-volume, fast-paced Shipping Team. This role is ideal for a true shipping professional with strong technical shipping knowledge-not a general warehouse applicant.
You'll ensure accurate, efficient shipping & receiving operations, help maintain an organized workflow, and support our mission of delivering exceptional products and service worldwide.
Key Responsibilities

Execute daily shipping operations: packaging, labeling, manifesting, and coordinating with carriers.

Receive inbound freight/materials; verify counts and process receipts.

Maintain an organized warehouse to support smooth shipping and receiving flow.

Operate a forklift for receiving freight and material handling.

Perform hands-on tasks such as fulfillment, shrink-wrapping, pallets, building boxes, and preparing custom packaging.

Track and maintain inventory; assist with basic facility upkeep.
Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of professional shipping experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Ability to manage multiple orders, deadlines, and details with accuracy.

Forklift experience (or ability to certify quickly).

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs.

Reliable on-site attendance in Hastings, MN.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with freight receiving or LTL coordination (advantageous but not required).

Experience with UPS WorldShip or ShipStation.
- Warehouse Management a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent.
