We're looking for a 2nd Shift Press Operator to play a key role in keeping production running strong into the evening. This hands-on position supports multiple areas-including printing, laminating, cutting, and finishing-helping us stay ahead of schedule and adapt to day-to-day production needs.
Shift: Approximately 2:00pm – 10:30pm
What You'll Do
- Operate and support production equipment (printing, laminating, cutting, finishing)
- Review job specifications and ensure accurate setup and execution
- Monitor product quality and make real-time adjustments
- Step in across departments to keep workflow moving and on schedule
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed
- Perform basic maintenance and maintain clean, organized work areas

Experience & Skills (Preferred, Not Required)
- Background in printing (digital, offset, web, or prepress)
- Experience with embellishments (DOD, embossing, foil stamping)
- HP Indigo (HPI) experience or certifications a plus
- Familiarity with cutting and laminating equipment
Physical & Role Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8 hours)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Comfortable working in a team-based production environment
