PROCESS ENGINEER – BLOW MOLDING - RELOCATION AVAILABLE
Step into a key technical role where you’ll be the go-to expert for blow molding processes at a well-supported and growing manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on position where you’ll take full ownership of optimizing production, improving consistency, and reducing scrap across operations. With strong leadership already in place and great support from production and maintenance, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on process performance from day one.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead process optimization efforts to improve cycle times, reduce scrap, and stabilize part quality
- Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with maintenance and production teams to implement corrective actions
- Develop and document standard operating procedures and technical process settings
- Support continuous improvement projects alongside plant leadership
- Maintain a strong floor presence and provide hands-on support to operators and technicians
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of hands-on blow molding processing experience
- Solid understanding of blow molding equipment, tooling, and thermoplastic materials
- Background in manufacturing environments with a focus on process control and quality
- Accumulator head experience is a bonus
