Process Engineer | Injection Molding
An established manufacturer is looking to add a hands-on Process Engineer to support injection molding operations in a regulated manufacturing environment.
This role is focused on execution. Troubleshooting, process stability, and making molding processes run consistently on the floor, not sitting behind a desk.

What this role focuses on
- Developing, optimizing, and maintaining robust injection molding processes
- Scientific molding and process window development
- Supporting validation activities including IQ, OQ, and PQ
- Troubleshooting scrap, cosmetic issues, dimensional variation, and cycle time
- Partnering closely with tooling, quality, and production teams
- Supporting new product launches and process transfers as needed
Background that fits well
- 3 years of Hands-On Injection Molding Processing Experience
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting and process optimization skills
- BS in Engineering preferred, but experience will be considering in lieu of education.
- Experience working with a range of resins and molding machines
- Medical or cleanroom experience is a plus, but not required
Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
