Our client is an industry leading manufacturer. They are seeking a Regional Account Manager who has experience selling directly to the Jan/San industry (cleaners, sanitizers, degreasers, etc.). The ideal person will be someone with great core values and an excellent work ethic.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives throughout the Midwestern United States.
- Set and track sales targets for individual representatives and the team as a whole.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, operations, and engineering, to ensure customer needs are met.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize sales efficiency.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and new technologies.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of sales experience selling chemicals to the Jan/San inudstry.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented and driven to achieve success.
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
