Position: Part-time Enrichment Instructor
Setting: In-person, classroom-based
Location: Encinitas, CA
Students: Ages 6–12
Pay Rate: $30–$32 per hour
Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old and willing to complete a California Live Scan (if not already completed).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Education, English, Mathematics, or similar) preferred
• Experience teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or leading enrichment programs preferred
• Experience working with children
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to adapt instruction to different learning styles
• Reliable and able to commit to the assigned schedule
• Personal vehicle and laptop required
• Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Encinitas, CA

$30–$32 per hour
