Job Duties:
- Prepare and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons based on the provided curriculum and materials
- Supervise students to ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
- Encourage student participation through hands-on activities and interactive instruction
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain discipline using positive reinforcement techniques
- Communicate professionally with parents, school staff, and program coordinators as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., education, Fine Arts, Mathematics, and Science)
- Experience in teaching, tutoring, or education is highly desirable.
- Patience and the ability to work with students of diverse learning styles.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching methods to the needs of individual students.
- Must be able to commit to schedules
- Has a personal vehicle
- Must be living in the area where classes are held
- Experience with children is preferred, but not required
