Requirements
Essential Functions:
- Support local and remote end users in a mixed Mac and Windows environment.
- Installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining desktops, laptops, and associated peripherals.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees by provisioning/deprovisioning system access and hardware.
- Documentation and allocation of IT equipment and inventory.
- Work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Manage user roles and system permissions across platforms, ensuring appropriate access levels, performing periodic access reviews, and enforcing least-privilege standards.
- Utilizes ticketing and support systems to track work progress.
- Monitor equipment and respond accordingly to alerts/outages to ensure network security and connectivity.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve processes and troubleshoot issues.
