Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate, nature-loving Barista to be part of our coffee, matcha, and tea program. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with high-quality ingredients, thrives in a creative environment, and wants to be part of an opening team for one of Miami’s most unique destinations.
As a barista at Plant The Future Café, you will not only craft exceptional drinks but also embody our mission of harmony with nature—creating meaningful guest experiences in a space that inspires mindfulness, connection, and beauty.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, matcha, tea, and specialty beverages with consistency and care.
- Provide warm, engaging, and knowledgeable service to all guests.
- Help shape and maintain café beverage standards, recipes, and presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and biophilic-inspired café environment.
- Support daily café operations including opening/closing duties, restocking, and cleaning.
- Assist with training and onboarding new café team members.
- Collaborate with the Plant The Future team to integrate the café into the overall guest experience.
Qualifications
- Prior barista or café experience required (minimum 2 year preferred).
- Strong passion for coffee, tea, and plant-based wellness culture.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and presentation.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic about hospitality.
- Bonus: Experience with matcha, plant-based milks, and wellness beverages.

Schedule
- Current schedule is Mon-Saturday 9 am - 6 pm
