We are seeking a passionate and energetic Floater/Closing Two Year Old Teacher to join our vibrant team. - Provide flexible support across multiple classrooms, ensuring smooth daily operations and continuity of care
- Assist with curriculum development tailored to early childhood education standards, emphasizing literacy, math, and STEM integration
- Lead engaging activities that promote social-emotional development, behavior management, and early intervention strategies
- Manage classroom routines including diapering, potty training, and age-appropriate physical activities
- Support classroom management by maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning
- Collaborate with team members to plan lessons that incorporate Montessori methods and other educational best practices
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to ensure child welfare and developmental progress
Skills
