Administrative Assistants at our company are responsible for handling a variety of responsibilities related to the office and staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in performing duties that include: scheduling, logistical support, proposal creation, good communication skills (verbal and written), social media management and content creation, and general office management.
The Administrative Assistant should be an organized, cooperative, professional, with an optimistic outlook and self motivated while remaining calm doing various projects.
The workplace is small and supportive. A hybrid schedule from home and the office will be considered after training is complete.
Responsibilities include:
- Schedule appointments
- Automate processes
- Microsoft Office Experience
- QuickBooks accounting
- Service technician weekly route schedule
- Vendor and supply ordering
- Schedule vehicle maintenance
- Customer communication
- Employee communication
- Assist business owner with tasks
Salaried position with some flexibility in weekly schedule. Spanish / English a plus.
