Position Overview
As a Product Specialist, you will play a key role in showcasing PlanStreet’s software solutions to prospective clients through engaging live product demonstrations and solution consulting. You will work closely with nonprofits, local government agencies, Medicaid contractors, and healthcare organizations to understand their needs and demonstrate how PlanStreet’s solutions can help improve care coordination, case management, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver compelling live product demonstrations of PlanStreet’s:
- Case Management Solutions
- Care Management Platform
- HMIS Solutions
- StreetRCM Solutions
- Conduct discovery conversations with prospective clients to understand business workflows, operational challenges, and reporting requirements.
- Provide solution consulting around:
- Social Services
- Human Services
- Social Determinants of Health (SDOH)
- Medicaid and Community Care Programs
- Support the sales team throughout the pre-sales process by aligning product capabilities with client needs.
- Collaborate with internal product, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and knowledge transfer.
- Prepare demo environments, presentations, proposals, and solution documentation.
- Stay current on industry trends, compliance requirements, and emerging technologies in social services and healthcare.
- Represent PlanStreet professionally during client meetings, webinars, conferences, and industry events.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Public Health, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in:
- SaaS product demonstrations
- Solution consulting
- Client-facing business roles
- Healthcare, social services, or government technology environments
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to understand business workflows and translate them into software solutions.
- Comfortable presenting to executives, government leaders, and operational teams.
- Highly energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred
- MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred.
- Experience with:
