We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to perform a variety of administrative tasks that would thrive in a family-oriented atmosphere, can work as part of a team environment, yet has the integrity to work individually to accomplish strict deadlines.The Personal Assistant’s duties include supporting the attorney with daily office needs, managing administrative activities, communicating with other professional relationships, managing and detailing the calendar and due dates, performing timely work, and additional responsibilities. No law firm experience is necessary; rather, an amazing attitude to learn and perform work that is done with excellence. Come join our firm family!This is an in-person, Monday-Friday position with occasional Saturday requirements (4 per year, approximately).Compensation: $45,000 per year with matching 401(k) and personal days. Wage shall be based upon previous experience and demonstration of faithfulness to previous jobs.Compensation:$45,000 yearly dependent on experienceResponsibilities:Provides the attorney with day-to-day administrative supportCommunicate with clients and other professionals as directedTrack/pay firm expensesMaintain tracking of building and contractor expensesCommunicate with, schedule, and pay building maintenance and utilitiesProvide the attorney with payroll, taxes, and other expense reminders for expenses such as DOR, Property taxes, Automatic transfers, and Attorney commission reportsMaintain the attorney’s client work priorities and consistently adjust according to priorityTrack client documents leaving/returning the office as calendaredProvide the attorney with the necessary files to be successful in maintaining calendared documentsQualifications:Must report to the office — not a remote jobMust dress professionally; this work is at a law officeMust have reliable transportationA friendly, positive attitude with a desire to get to know peopleFlexibleAble to multitask and not be overwhelmed in a fluid environmentSuperb time management skills and communication skills, written and verbalAbout CompanyWe are a law office that creates personalized and strategic plans to protect wealth and family values for generations.
