Full Position Salary Range: $26.54/hour - $33.63/hour

- BLS certification required within 3 months of hire (in house training provided)
- Works closely with the Access Team, Regional Directors, Regional Advance Practice Managers, Health Center Managers, and Assistant Managers in the creation and maintenance of the employee training schedule to ensure complete training paths with onsite Preceptor or other onsite coverage.
- Upon hire, provides management teams with thoughtful and complete training path for all new patient facing staff.
- As indicated, tracks and ensures the completion of training and alerts affected stakeholders when needed.
- Identifies training gaps and provides resources to fill gaps.
- Works to foster positive and productive communication and culture with and among staff.
- In collaboration with staff managers ensure that new staff complete their training requirements in a timely manner
- Can perform all HCA/VMR responsibilities, where applicable, to care for patients (e.g. front desk, lab work, billing verification, back office, closing)
- Conducts training for HCAs/VMR when Preceptor is unavailable. Performs onsite HCA/VMR reviews, provides feedback.
- Supports the scheduling of APC training, including identifying locations, working with onsite staff, and communicating with Access on training templates.
- As needed, supports the scheduling of RN and US preceptors.
- As needed supports the clinical training program – this may include occasional virtual and/or in person facilitation, coaching, and breakout room support.
- Maintains the SharePoint site for Clinical Training, including formatting, uploading, and confirming that information shared is up to date and relevant to staff
- Coordinates internal BLS certification program through HSI and in collaboration with BLS trainers and Credentialling team
- Participates in abortion services (participation can include referrals, information, education, counseling, performing, scheduling, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned.

- Although our full pay range is included above, the budgeted hiring range for new hires is $26.54/hour - $30.08/hour
