Plank Road Plate Pour is looking for a dependable, motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. We're a fast paced, team-driven restaurant that values quality food, strong work ethic, and a positive kitchen culture.
What you'll do:
- Prepare and execute menu items consistently and efficiently.
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
- Work the line during busy services while maintaining quality and cleanliness.
- Follow recipes, prep lists, and food safety standards.
- Communicate clearly with teammates and support the flow of service.
- Ensure kitchen is set up for next service, cleaning, and closing duties.
