Front of House Manager

Plank Road Plate Pour is seeking a Front of House Manager to help lead our FOH team and support daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This role is ideal for a confident, organized leader who thrives on the floor, communicates clearly, and knows how to balance hospitality with accountability. The FOH Manager plays a key role in maintaining service standards, team culture, and operational consistency.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support the FOH team during service (servers, hosts, bartenders)
• Be a visible, hands-on leader on the floor
• Set and uphold expectations for service, professionalism, and teamwork
• Oversee daily FOH operations including:
• Floor management and service flow
• Guest experience and service recovery
• Cleanliness, organization, and side work accountability
• Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding
• Work closely with BOH leadership to ensure smooth communication and service
• Support opening and closing procedures
• Help reinforce company systems, policies, and culture
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, morale, and guest experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous FOH leadership or management experience (restaurant preferred)
• Strong communication and people-management skills
• Ability to lead calmly and confidently during busy shifts
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable holding team members accountable while maintaining respect
• Team-first mindset with a positive, solutions-focused attitude
• Availability for nights, weekends, and peak service times

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
