What You’ll Do
Process invoices and ensure timely, accurate payments
Match invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries
Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies
Support credit card administration and assist with reporting
What You Bring
2–3 years of accounts payable experience
Associate degree in Accounting/Business (or related)
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
Organized, dependable, and a team player
Ability to manage deadlines and handle confidential information
