What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head of People position at Planhat?
The customer platform built to acquire, service and grow lifelong customers.
Mission
As Planhat scales, we need a Head of People that helps us support a high-performance culture. This role is about creating clarity, consistency, and trust across the organization — while enabling leaders to move fast and make good decisions.
The Challenge
You will be the senior owner of HR across the group. This includes employee policies, compliance, performance frameworks, and manager support across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
This is not a “policy factory” role. You’ll operate close to the business — supporting our leaders, resolving issues early, and building simple, scalable practices that work in the real world.
As we grow, you’ll continuously evolve how we handle performance, feedback, development, and operations — ensuring we stay compliant, consistent, and human, without slowing the company down.
Nothing is purely transactional here, you'll continuously improve and level up our business.
