Job Description: a pharmaceutical manufacturer is looking for a contract Training Specialist to support the Quality Assurance team. This individual will be responsible for:
*The design and development of company training programs.
*Monitoring and report program effectiveness of training on employees during the orientation period and for career development.
*Data entry of training records.
