What We're Targeting in a Candidate:
Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, experience with test execution and data analysis, proficiency in relevant tools and software, excellent communication and reporting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively while adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Nice to have-
Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis tools, experience with automation or programming (e.g., Python, LabVIEW), familiarity with CAD design for test fixture development, prior exposure to Medtronic products or medical device testing, and certifications in quality systems or testing standards (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ)
