The Digital Program Manager reports to the Digital Lead and is accountable for delivering high-quality, timely, and efficient digital customer experiences through multiple channels, including HQ email, web, display and social media. This individual will partner across Franchise Marketing, Promo Marketing, Legal and Regulatory to deliver integrated digital customer experiences that drive measurable business outcomes.

This individual will partner across Franchise Marketing, Promo Marketing, Legal and Regulatory to deliver integrated digital customer experiences that drive measurable business outcomes.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Project manage digital marketing project execution (eg, requirement gathering/campaign brief, implementation, UAT/QC, launch)
- Create project plans and ensure key milestones, dependencies and timelines are proactively communicated across stakeholders and partners
- Project manage digital projects through MLR process (eg, triaging MLR comments/pull-through)
- Ad hoc data pull/analysis
- Adept at vendor/agency management to maintain healthy partnerships and deliver operational excellence
- Learning mindset and ability to identify/apply learning to other situations
- This role is based in Alameda but remote work options will be considered
Education:
- 7 years pharma digital marketing project management experience Experience:
- Experience with taking digital assets through MLR
- Veeva Promomats knowledge
- Broad experience across all the following competency areas and deep expertise in at least two of them: email marketing, websites, SEO, paid media, and social.
- Digital analytics and marketing automation experience is a plus (Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva CRM, SEO)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong planning, critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet goals within the constraints of time and budget
- Bias for action, strong sense of immediacy, and drive to achieve objectives
