Immediate Need: Buyer Analyst
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Contract: 12 months
Rate: 47-49/hr
Schedule: Onsite, 4 × 10-hour shifts, Fridays off

Role Overview:
This advanced Buyer position coordinates schedules to meet customer requirements, applying materials management knowledge consistently. The role involves problem-solving complex procurement issues, maintaining SAP planning parameters, and driving efficiency initiatives within the planning area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement process improvements to meet delivery commitments and inventory targets.
- Develop alternative solutions for supply shortfalls, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Independently handle complex procurement issues using financial, operational, and business judgment.
- Maintain SAP planning parameters for assigned areas.
- Utilize delegation to expand scope of influence.

Qualifications & Competencies:
- BA/BS required
- 5 years total experience, including at least 3 years in Product Supply, Materials Planning, or Procurement
- Experience as a Materials Buyer or Material Planner in SAP or similar ERP systems
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and training skills
- Ability to influence, build partnerships, and manage high-complexity projects with limited direction
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP modules
