Associate Sales Representative needed!
Job Summary:
The Associate Sales Representative (ASR) plays a key role in driving sales growth and expanding market share within an assigned territory. This position focuses on clinical sales with a strong value-added approach aimed at improving patient outcomes. The ASR supports revenue objectives through effective account management, customer education, and collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure proper product use and optimal results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support achievement of regional sales goals and market share growth through promotion, sales, and service of medical products.
- Manage designated target accounts and provide accurate sales forecasts in collaboration with sales leadership.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Build and sustain productive relationships with key decision-makers, clinicians, and administrative staff within healthcare facilities.
- Provide clinical and technical support, including product demonstrations, case coverage, programming, and ongoing customer education.
- Conduct training sessions and presentations to ensure proper clinical use and understanding of product features and benefits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and outstanding customer service.
- Plan and execute local educational or promotional events to support business objectives and enhance client engagement.
- Report regularly on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to sales leadership.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support team and organizational success.
Qualifications:
- Spanish speaking, must be very fluent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- Two or more years of sales experience in a clinical, healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotechnology.
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- High level of empathy and passion for improving patient outcomes.
- Proficient in standard business software and CRM systems, ADP experience is highly preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, active vehicle insurance, and the ability to travel daily within the assigned territory.
- Commitment to ethical business practices and compliance with company policies.
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
