Duties
- Engage with prospective clients through outbound sales, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline
- Conduct high-end and retail automobile sales by understanding customer needs and presenting suitable vehicle options
- Negotiate deals effectively, utilizing strong sales management and closing skills to maximize sales opportunities
- Upsell additional products and services, including warranties, accessories, and financing options to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software and manage inventory control to ensure accurate product availability
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients
- Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating professionalism, phone etiquette, and excellent communication skills during all interactions
- Support dealership operations by assisting with inventory management, organizing sales events, and participating in public speaking engagements when needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously within a structured sales pipeline
- Proficiency in CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math including basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions
- Strong negotiation skills combined with effective communication abilities, including bilingual or multilingual capabilities for diverse customer engagement
- Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, B2B sales, upselling, and deal closing techniques
- Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to automotive retail environments and inventory control processes
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and public speaking abilities preferred
- Valid driver’s license is required; dealership experience is a plus but not mandatory
