What You’ll Do

As our deal-closing dynamo, you’ll drive explosive growth by:

  • Hunt Big Game: Pitch our turnkey, white-glove solutions—custom booth builds ($50k-$500k ), services, and unforgettable experiences—to high-value prospects.

  • Work the Floor Like a Pro: Strategically select trade shows, charm prospects with in-person flair, and build foundational relationships that turn leads into loyal clients.

  • Build an Empire: Own the full sales cycle—hunt, qualify, design discovery, present solutions, and close—while crafting a sizzling pipeline through social media, email campaigns, “smiling and dialing,” and bold cold calls.

  • Master the Art of the Deal: Drive $1-2M in annual revenue (top performers hit $4.5M!) with 60% product (booths) and 40% services, focusing on quality over quantity and solving client pain points.

  • Leverage Team Power: Collaborate with our tight-knit marketing crew (2-3 lead-generating wizards) and tap into our cutting-edge sales tech stack to amplify your outreach.

  • Close and Hand Off: Seal the deal and pass to Account Managers, while still earning commissions on repeat business from your rock-solid relationships.

  • Forecast Like a Visionary: Crush KPIs (5 new sales meetings/week), nail forecasts, and wield sharp pricing strategies to exceed targets.

Who You Are

You’re a high-octane, self-starting hunter with a passion for closing big deals:

  • Proven Deal-Closer: B2B sales experience, ideally in custom trade show booth builds or experiential marketing, with a track record of acquiring new business ($50k deals).

  • Full-Cycle Maestro: Skilled at hunting, qualifying, presenting solutions, and closing, with a knack for solving client pain points and building YOY partnerships.

  • Self-Driven Hustler: Thrives on independence, tackling each day with focus, fire, and a “no excuses” mindset.

  • Pipeline Guru: Master of building and converting robust pipelines with high win rates and strategic enterprise-level discussions.

  • Team Player with Swagger: Collaborative, with killer communication skills for clients and colleagues, and ready to team-sell with Sr. AEs (split commissions) for big wins.

  • Ready to Roll: Willing to travel up to 10% to work the show floor and close deals in person.
