We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Member Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional customer service and support. You will assist with inquiries, facilitate transactions, and promote our financial services to enhance member satisfaction and retention.
Duties
- Greet members warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries and requests.
- Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.
- Educate members on available financial products and services to meet their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions and transactions using our internal systems.
- Handle cash management duties, ensuring accuracy in cash register operations.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist members with financial calculations and inquiries.
- Perform basic math functions related to debits and credits as needed.
- Assist in resolving member issues promptly while maintaining a positive experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales or financial services is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of retail math concepts and cash management practices.
- Proficient in using cash registers and handling monetary transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Basic math skills including the ability to perform calculations involving debits and credits.
- Familiarity with 10 key typing for efficient data entry is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
