Account Manager — Commercial Lines
California (Remote) | $65,000–$80,000 / year
We're hiring an Account Manager to provide exceptional service and strategic guidance to a growing commercial lines book, with specialization in life sciences and technology risks.
The Role:
- Manage renewals, policy changes, and claims coordination for mid-market commercial clients
- Assess coverage gaps and recommend enhancements (Workers' Comp, Cyber, D&O, Excess)
- Serve as primary point of contact for client questions and concerns
- Communicate with underwriters and carriers to secure favorable terms
- Maintain detailed records and ensure E&O compliance in AMS360
You Have:
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years in commercial lines account management
- Active P&C license (required)
- Strong knowledge of commercial lines products and carrier systems
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and AMS360 or Applied Systems
- Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent relationship skills
