What You’ll Do
Inventory & Warehouse Operations
- Maintain 100% inventory accuracy using warehouse management systems (Extensiv, Shopify, etc.)
- Receive, catalog, photograph, store, and track inbound items
- Pick, stage, prep, and coordinate outbound shipments
- Manage documentation including receivers, pick tickets, and delivery paperwork
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct audits, and report on key metrics
- Coordinate returns, drop shipments, and order fulfillment
- Partner with internal teams and external clients to understand warehouse needs and priorities
- Provide timely inventory updates and proactive communication
- Deliver a high level of responsiveness, professionalism, and service
- Build strong relationships and ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs and safety procedures
- Serve as a subject matter expert for warehouse systems
- Support continuous improvement of inventory processes and systems
- Maintain organized, accurate, and standardized documentation
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3 years of warehouse and inventory management experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with warehouse management systems preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
- Experience in facilities, furniture, construction, or similar environments
- B2B customer service experience
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs unassisted
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting
- Comfortable working in warehouse and industrial environments
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
