This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and strategic growth across a well-established, on-site team.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and strategic growth across a well-established, on-site team.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary relationship owner and trusted advisor to a key enterprise client
- Lead, develop, and scale a multidisciplinary on-site team including project managers, coordinators, warehouse staff, and field crews
- Drive program performance by aligning operations to customer goals, timelines, and service expectations
- Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of projects and services
- Implement and standardize processes, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (finance, safety, HR, operations) to ensure compliance and performance
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery to maintain quality and cost efficiency
- Monitor financial performance, forecasting, and profitability across the program
- 5 years of experience in B2B relationship management and/or account leadership
- Background in commercial moving, furniture, FF&E logistics, facilities, or construction services
- Proven experience leading teams and managing complex projects in fast-paced environments
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive process improvement, accountability, and team performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Facilities, or a related field preferred
