Responsibilities

- Job Responsibilities:* Pick and pull items from inventory accurately* Package items securely for shipment* Prepare and ship orders via FedEx* Assist in organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory* Manage incoming and outgoing inventory* Local pick-up and delivery of items as needed* Operate inventory software and learn new systems as needed* Maintain a clean and safe work environmentRequirements:* Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders safely* Reliable transportation to and from work* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills* Ability to learn and use inventory software* Dependable and punctualPreferred Qualifications:* Previous warehouse or shipping experience* Familiarity with FedEx shipping procedures* Experience with inventory management.
- Experience
- Prior experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in inventory management, stock control, or manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, or pallet jacks is essential; certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400 systems, and order picker technology is advantageous.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic repairs or troubleshooting on equipment is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during order picking & packing tasks.
- Previous roles involving shipping & receiving or materials handling will support success in this position.
