Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans promptly to maintain cleanliness standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients under supervision
- Support catering and banquet events by preparing and organizing food items and serving stations
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, equipment, and storage areas through regular cleaning routines
- Help with bussing tables and clearing plates during service to ensure a smooth flow of operations
- Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with basic kitchen organization tasks to ensure supplies are stocked and accessible for the culinary team
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
