- Lead nursing staff to deliver safe, effective, and person-centered care.
- Oversee daily nursing operations, monitor performance, and provide coaching.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and facility policies.
- Coordinate resident care plans and facilitate communication across teams.
- Support accurate documentation and address clinical concerns promptly.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold clinical standards.
- Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license in Massachusetts.
- Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
- Minimum five years of nursing experience, including supervisory roles.
