- Recognize and assess urgent/emergency patient needs, initiating appropriate procedures.
- Follow clinic protocols for managing electronic medical records, including test results, filing, and record repairs.
- Apply specialized radiology skills to assist in patient care and treatment.
- Perform routine and skilled radiology and diagnostic tests for patients of all ages.
- Maintain a valid State of Iowa Radiology permit.
- Completion of an AMA-approved two-year radiologic technology program and AART certification.
- Knowledge of radiographic techniques, anatomy, and clinic policies.
- Clinic or physician office experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain within three months.
- Mandatory Reporter abuse training completion within three months.
