- Providing outpatient physical therapy services in orthopedics and neuro populations.
- Mentoring and overseeing a PTA and newer graduate PTs as needed.
- Managing approximately 12 patients daily with 1-hour appointments.
- Working a flexible 5x8 schedule with guaranteed 40 hours weekly.
- At least 2 years of outpatient experience.
- Strong clinical skills in ortho and neuro therapy.
- Ability to mentor and oversee staff.
- Delivering outpatient therapy services in a fast-paced setting.
- Ensuring quality patient care and treatment planning.
- Supporting team collaboration and mentorship.
