We are seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join a compassionate and patient-focused dental practice.

- Performing high-quality periodontal therapies, clinical exams, cleanings, scaling, root planning (SRP), digital charting, and oral cancer screenings.
- Educating patients about their oral health, addressing anxieties, and engaging them in preventative care plans.
- Collaborating with doctors to review X-rays, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Maintaining an efficient, relaxed hygiene department supporting team synergy and patient comfort.
- Active Nevada RDH license or in the process of obtaining it.
- Experience with modern dental software and digital radiography (experience with Open Dental is a plus).
- Commitment to gentle, comprehensive patient care across all ages.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude.

- Competitive pay of $45.00 – $50.00 per hour plus production bonuses.
