- develop, monitor, and modify individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients
- deliver sex offender-specific and related treatments to individuals and groups
- document services accurately and consistently
- refer patients to appropriate services, including psychiatric support
- train staff on clinical methods, conduct assessments, and participate in team meetings
- provide clinical supervision and support to other staff members
- perform administrative duties and maintain professional growth
- Eligibility for independent licensure as an LICSW or LMHC in Massachusetts
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Preferred experience with sexual offenders and understanding of sexual deviance dynamics
- Strong clinical writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively, maintain boundaries, and adapt to changing circumstances
