- Independently delivering patient care using the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.
- Guiding and supervising unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care.
- Communicating and collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
- Contributing to safety initiatives and promoting high-quality patient experiences.
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in Illinois.
- Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- BLS/CPR Healthcare Provider certification.
- Prior nursing experience or CNA experience for new graduates.
