- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement holistic treatment plans that promote recovery.
- Manage evidence-based practices and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Advocate for patients and uphold organizational values to enhance patient experience and outcomes.
- Minimum 6 months ICU or acute care RN experience (strongly desired).
- Current RN license (Colorado DORA or multi-state).
- Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications required within 30 days.
- Associate Degree in Nursing.
