Role Overview: Provides radiation therapy treatments and simulations under the supervision of a Radiation Oncologist, ensuring accurate treatment delivery, proper documentation, and patient safety.

- Interprets treatment plans, prepares treatment rooms, and verifies parameters.
- Performs clinical and CT-based simulations for tumor localization and fabricates immobilization devices.
- Maintains treatment records, monitors patient reactions, and provides patient education.
- Executes quality assurance procedures, adheres to safety and regulatory standards, and participates in quality improvement initiatives.
- Supports training of radiation therapy students and assists in departmental tasks and emergency call duties.
- Associate degree required; certification from ARRT (T) or eligibility with completion within a year.
- Knowledge of radiation procedures, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to changing situations, and exercise sound clinical judgment.
- Preferred experience with advanced procedures such as SRS, SBRT, TBI, and brachytherapy.
