- Performing routine financial analysis and variance analysis for accurate decision-making.
- Collaborating on special projects related to physician compensation and resolving related issues.
- Administering physician CME activities, license renewals, and managing compensation plans, bonus payouts, and productivity reports.
- Supporting the annual budget process and assisting in financial close activities.
- Providing expertise in financial systems and supporting staff understanding of transaction processing.
- Analyzing actual versus budget variances to ensure accurate financial statements.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; minimum of 15 credit hours in accounting or related courses.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience, with preferred education in Accounting, Finance, or similar.
- Preferred experience in the healthcare industry.
